RSVP is required weekly for KidsLife children's worship and classes. Registration opens on Tuesday morning and closes on Thursday at 1 p.m. each week.

We are excited to see you on Sunday mornings!
To help keep your children safe, we have a few processes for drop-off and pick-up.
RSVP REQUIRED
Parents must RSVP for EACH child and indicate all worship services and classes they will attend. We need this information so that we can have an accurate count to make sure we have enough teachers and space. Registration opens on Monday at noon and closes on Thursday at 1 p.m. each week. Drop Off & Pick Up
SECURITY TAGS
Children aged birth through 2nd grades require security tags for their safety. Tags may be printed at one of the kiosks located in the Garden nursery or outside the KidsLife children's ministry wing doors. You may also check-in on your phone through Churchteams by texting checkin to 469-476-5331. Tags will print at Kiosk 1 in the KidsLife wing.
NURSERY
The Garden (our NEW Nursery) will be open for both worship services and during class time.
You may drop off when you like and pick up at the end of worship service or class time.
Security tags may be printed at the kiosk in the Garden..
BACKYARD (Age 2 1/2 - PreK/4) & CLUBHOUSE (Grades K-2)
Children's Worship - After printing security tags, parents drop off and pick up in the Backyard (Room 206/208) or Clubhouse (Room 200). Please use center staircase (east wing).
Classes - Check in and print security tags downstairs at the kiosks outside the glass doors to the KidsLife wing. Once security tag is printed, parents take children to their classrooms. Please do not drop off before 9:35. Pick up children from classes at 10:30.
ATTIC (Grades 3-6)
Attic students do not need a security tag and can go directly to Attic large group (Room 218/220) at 9:35.
When heading to class, students need to use the center or south staircases
After class is over, the center or south staircases should be used to return downstairs.
Attic kids will not be allowed in the younger children’s areas of the building unless they have a security tag to pick up a younger sibling.

Wellness Policy
Parents are asked not to bring a child if he/she has had the following symptoms within 7 days of the Sunday he/she will be attending:
- Cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees F.
- Has had diarrhea or has vomited in the last 48 hours
- Has a green or yellow discharge coming from their nose or eyes
- Has an ongoing cough or sore throat
- Is known to have any infectious disease such as HFM, croup, etc.
If your child or someone in your family feels ill, please DO NOT COME! If there is any question as to the health of your child, we ask that parents err on the side of caution in order to protect the health of other children in our ministries.
If a child who has participated in children’s ministry is diagnosed with Covid-19, parents are required to inform the Children’s Minister, Rebecca Sutton. Rebecca will inform the teachers and parents of children who were in contact with the ill child that they were in contact with a child who has been diagnosed with Covid-19.
