Congregational Liason Ashlyn is a recent graduate from Harding University with a bachelors degree in Integrated Marketing Communication. She has been attending Prestoncrest since 2010 and is thrilled to be back in Dallas to pour back into a community that has poured so much into her. She is so excited to get to know Prestoncrest on a deeper level and help wherever she is needed! 

Administrative Assistant Barbara and her husband, Jerry, have been part of Prestoncrest since 1990. They have 4 children, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren. Barbara attended Hamilton Park High School and attended Bishop College, now Paul Quinn in Dallas. She has worked in the Prestoncrest office since 2001, after retiring from a career at Texas Instruments, where she served for 31 years. She loves being part of the Pacesetters Bible Class since it was the “40’s II” class. Barbara loves keeping up…

Buildings & Grounds Jim joined Prestoncrest’s staff in 2016, heading up maintenance for the church’s buildings and grounds. Jim and Dee are the parents of two grown children and have been members at Prestoncrest since 2016.

Youth Group Coordinator, Grades 7-12 Kellie grew up in Houston and met her wonderful husband, Scott at Abilene Christian University. After graduating from ACU she worked as a teacher for 8 years before choosing to be a stay-at-home mom to her three amazing children, MacKenzie, Campbelle and Holt. Adult Education, Pastoral Care Leslie has worked in the church office since 2011, serving in a number of different support and administrative roles. She currently supports Robert Stolte and Coordinates the Adult Education ministry and Pastoral Care work done by our ministers. Leslie and her husband, Nick, were married in 2010 & have 3 young children. Together, she and Nick lead the adult & high school Financial Peace series each year. Nick serves as a deacon at Prestoncrest, as well.…

Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Grades 3-6 Lisa has been a member of Prestoncrest since 1973. She and Mike married in 1986 and have 2 married children and 4 grandchildren. She officially joined the children’s ministry in 2012 but has been teaching children’s classes since 1998. Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Grades K-2 Mary Ellen was born and raised at Prestoncrest. She graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Elementary Education and in 2017 with a Master’s in Teaching and Learning. Workroom Coordinator Nicole Brantley is originally from Arlington, TX and graduated from Texas A&M in 1995. Nicole came to Prestoncrest in 1998 where she met her husband Terry and they bonded over their love of the Texas Aggies👍 and the Texas Rangers. They were married in 2000 and welcomed their two daughters, Emma in 2002 and Brooke in 2005. They have since gained a son-in-law, Brady Kraner, in May 2025. Sunshine School Assistant Director Sarah was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2011. She served at Sunshine School for 10 years in multiple roles (2s teacher, floater and 3s teacher) before becoming the assistant director in the fall of 2025. She is married to Trent Jackson, who grew up going to Prestoncrest. They live in Richardson and have two boys, Jace and Reed.

Accounting, Small Groups, Spiritual Formation Sherry received her BBA degree in Office Administration from Abilene Christian University. She has been a member at Prestoncrest since she moved to Dallas following her graduation in 1976. Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Church Mgmt Systems & IT Stephanie and her husband, Mark, met in the Prestoncrest singles group in 1997 and married in 1998. Soon after the wedding, they moved to Alexandria, VA for two years with Mark’s employer, Raytheon. Once back home in Texas, they made their home in Murphy and returned to Prestoncrest. Buildings & Grounds Tom and his wife, Martha, married in 1968 and have 2 married children and 2 grandchildren. Tom and Martha were both raised in small communities southwest of Houston. They made their home originally in Lake Jackson and were members of the Lake Jackson Church of Christ for over 30 years. Martha retired from the church in Lake Jackson after 30+ years as the church secretary. Tom retired from The Dow Chemical Company after 31 years. They moved…
