Youth, Grades 7-12 Bryka has served as the Associate Youth Minister at Prestoncrest since May 2023. She was born and raised in a small town right outside of Abilene, and attended Abilene Christian High School. Gordon Dabbs
Gordon and Ila Dabbs have been with Prestoncrest since the beginning of 2009. Gordon has a Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma in Philosophy and holds advanced degrees in Ethics and Biblical Interpretation. Serving Prestoncrest in Dallas, Gordon has a heart for racial reconciliation and for building bridges between diverse people. Administration As a young child, Marcus lived in Medan, Indonesia where his father was a missionary. When he was in third grade they moved to Montgomery, AL and then they moved to Huntsville, AL when he was in high school. Worship Minister Rod was raised in Howe, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M in 1992. He began serving as Prestoncrest’s Worship Minister in May 2024, leaving behind 32 years in the corporate world. Before beginning this full time ministry position, Rod served as a volunteer and part-time Worship Minister in other area congregations. He and his wife Stephanie married in 1993, have 3 grown children, and 4 grandchildren.

Sunshine School Director Amy was raised in Angleton, Texas and graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2011.
