Scott Harper and his wife, Krista, married in 1996 and have 4 children. Scott completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M and his Masters at Texas Tech and works in the Federal Government. Krista is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and is a Kindergarten teacher in the Richardson Independent School District. Scott and Krista have been members at PC since 2001.
