John Bradshaw, Jr. is a native of Oakland, CA and is a 1994 graduate of SWCC (Terrell, Tx). Majoring in Psychology and minoring in Religious Education, John earned his BS in 1996 from ACU. In 2012, he completed the Masters of Ministerial Leadership from Ambridge Univ. John has served in several roles during his career as a minister, including Assistant Minister (10th and Treadaway in Abilene, Tx), Youth Minister (S Berkeley CoC, Berkeley, CA), Associate Minister (N Main CoC in Hutchins, Tx), and again as a Youth Minister (Greenville Ave CoC in Richardson, Tx). John is currently serving still at the GACoC, now as one of their 3 pulpit ministers. He has a passion for working with people and particularly youth. He was a case manager for R & L Children’s Homes, probation officer for Dallas County, and in education recruitment for ITT Technical Institute. John and his wife, Shawnell, have been married 28 years and have 3 adult children.
