Resident Intern, Youth Ministry
Casen is from Aledo, Texas. In May 2026, he graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts in Youth and Family Ministry and a minor in Communication. During his time at ACU, he attended Southern Hills Church of Christ, where he was actively involved in the university ministry and had the opportunity to grow in faith while serving alongside an incredible church family.
Before coming to Prestoncrest in August 2026, he completed youth ministry internships at South Main Church of Christ in Weatherford, The Branch Church in Dallas, and even here at Prestoncrest. Each of those experiences helped shape his passion for student ministry and deepened his desire to walk alongside students as they grow in their relationship with Jesus.
In his free time, you’ll usually find him playing pickleball, having wiffle ball home run derbies with friends, spending time with family, hanging out with his Goldendoodle, Adlee, or finding any excuse to be outside.
“During this internship, I’m looking forward to getting to know the students and families of PCYG, building meaningful relationships, and watching the Holy Spirit continue to work in and transform the lives of our students. I’m genuinely so excited to see how God uses the year that I’m here to grow all of us together and form us into a deeper image of Jesus as we seek Him.”
