Graphic Designer
Angie Maddox grew up in East Texas in the small town of Wills Point. She attended the University of North Texas, and in December 1995 graduated Cum Laude with a BFA in Communication Design, minoring in Marketing. She married her High School sweetheart in August of 1995 and they placed membership at Prestoncrest in December that same year. Upon graduating from UNT, she began her career in the graphic design field by serving in roles in art departments of a sports marketing company, and then an industrial design company, in addition to various freelance projects. Her work at Prestoncrest began as a volunteer, taking on a variety of projects for the pastor and other ministers, helping design promotional materials for the church. In 2004, she was officially hired as the church’s graphic designer, and more recently, added the additional role as website coordinator. Angie and her husband, Michael, are the parents of 2 teenage boys. Michael has served as a deacon at Prestoncrest since 2010 and is a firefighter/paramedic for the City of Richardson. They live on 56 acres in the Wills Point area, where they enjoy the small town life, but still drive in to Dallas to worship alongside the friends that have become their church family and church home.
