Jacob Hawk currently serves as the Young Professionals Minister at Prestoncrest. He holds bachelor and master’s degrees in Bible from Harding University, and a PhD in Leadership from Liberty University. Jacob has a burning passion to preach the gospel which was first discovered at the age of nine years old when he delivered his first sermon. He is the author of six different books with his latest book, “A Second Shot at Life: Everyone Deserves a Mulligan.” He has also co-authored two books on preaching: “Fit for the Pulpit” and “Preach Better,” and has written for several religious publications. Jacob produces a podcast, “Road Talk: Navigating Your Journey.” Most importantly, he is married to his beautiful wife, Suzanne, who is a former Mesquite ISD administrator. She now serves as the Program Coordinator for Leadership and Development with Region 10. He has three sons: Hayden, Hudson, and Hewitt.
