James Sanderson

Track 3 @2pm >>What about Predestination?

My name is James Sanderson and here is a little bit about me. My mother and grandmother brought me up in and around the church. At age 12, I committed my life to God, was baptized into Christ and became a Christian. Five years later, I took a leave of absence from God for almost 14 years. It was a miserable place to be! Because of God’s mercy, He put me in the “pig pen” of life (Daniel 4 and Luke 15), which helped me come back to the Lord! I sure am glad that God makes sin hurt!!! After the pain of being away from my Father for so long, I decided to return to the Lord. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that the Lord would take me back that I decided I wanted to teach others about God’s wonderful love. To help me in that direction, I attended Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock and have served in ministry across Michigan, Oklahoma, and Texas. I currently serve as the full-time evangelist for the Brown Street church of Christ in Waxahachie, Texas, with a strong focus on community outreach. In addition, I have served as a Police Chaplain in both Chickasha, Oklahoma, and Waxahachie, Texas.

For over 26 years, James has dedicated his life to equipping Christians to reach the lost. He is the author of Saving Souls in the 21st Century, an evangelism workbook translated into multiple languages and used worldwide. James has led over 100 evangelism workshops globally and serves as an instructor with the HomeMission School of Evangelism in Fort Worth, Texas—all to God’s glory and the advancement of His Kingdom.
